Shipping and handling will be determined after the order is placed and when the order is ready to be shipped. Rates vary depending on carrier, location and availability of items.

MIMOSA uses UPS as their primary carrier.

THESE ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS UPS OFFERS:

• UPS Ground - Delivery within 7 business days for orders placed by 11 AM PST, MON-FRI.
• UPS 3 Day Select - Delivery in 3 business days to businesses for orders placed by 11 AM PST, MON-FRI.
• UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery within 2 business days for orders placed by 11 AM PST, MON-FRI.
• UPS Next Day Air - Delivery within 1 business day for orders palaced by 11 AM PST, MON-FRI. (Allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska.)

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date you received your purchase including damaged items.
• Items must be in their original state and condition and in their original packaging.
• A restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from your total refunded amount if items are not in their original packaging.
• Returns must include proof of the order. We will provide only store credit for any returns or damages.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of returned items.
• We reserve the right to reject a return claim upon review.
• Damage related items are subject to receive store credit.
